For each candidate we provide a telephone debrief along with an assessment summary and a detailed report of candidates results.

Tier 1 Assessment Package

Tier 1 - Integrated Selection Battery Assessment Process includes:

  • Online adminstration of selection instruments
  • A telephone debrief wtih the hiring manager and other parties of interest. The conversation will focus on the fit of the candidate with the current reporting structure, business demands, growth curve for the business and required expertise.

Deliverables include:

  • An assessment summary consolidating the results from all the assessment battery
  • A recommendation for the fit of the candidate with the job description
  • A detail reports of the assessment results
  • Recommendations to enhance the “onboarding” experience for first 90 days
  • A list of the candidate's strengths
  • A list of developmental areas for the candiate
