CULTURE CHANGE

Culture is a word thrown around a lot, but what does it really mean? 

At ICS, we believe that an organization's culture is defined by the behaviors of its people, especially the senior team.   Culture starts at the top and cascades throughout an organization.   While many organizations have mission/vision/values, ICS helps senior teams do the hard work of living "into" a culture to make it come alive.

Our process is pretty simple:

  • Define who you want to "be."
  • Assess where you are currently along the continuum of evolving to the new culture
  • Do the hard work required to realize positive change.   It is an 18-24 month journey, so ask yourself if you are really ready to do the work...and oh yeah, it can be fun along the way!
